Dr Mohammad Kafi, the head of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, appointed Dr. Zaynab Moazen Zadeh, Assistant Professor of the Faculty of Literature and Humanities and head of the International Students' Office, as secretary of the fourth International Culture Festival.

It should be noted that the 4th International Cultural Festival will be held at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the second half of July 2018.
