On-Campus Student Housing
The Dormitory Affairs Office manages all aspects of residential life for eligible students, including accommodation assignments, enforcement of housing policies, and facility maintenance. This department ensures proper implementation of conduct regulations while continuously working to upgrade living spaces and amenities across all dormitory facilities.

Housing Options and Fees
Our gender-separated dormitories offer affordable shared rooms starting at just $35 per month (excluding meals). These cost-effective housing solutions provide safe, convenient living spaces while maintaining clear separation between male and female student residences.

Pardis 2 Dormitory

Location: Danesh Boulevard, opposite the Faculty of Letters and Humanities, Adjacent to Pardis Dining Hall


Facility Details:

  • Comprises 6 two-story buildings
  • Total area: 12,153 m²
  • Capacity: 1,091 residents
  • 389 habitable rooms

Resident Profile:

  • Female undergraduate and graduate students
  • International students

Pardis 8 Dormitory

Location: Danesh Boulevard, opposite the Faculty of Agriculture

Facility Details:

  • Comprises 3-story building
  • Total area: 12,153 m²
  • Capacity: 204 residents
  • 51 habitable rooms

  • Female undergraduate and graduate students
  • Female international students

Fajr2 Dormitory

Location: Danesh Boulevard, opposite the Faculty of Agriculture

Facility Details:

  • Comprises 4 buildings (3-4 stories)
  • Total area: 8860 m²
  • Capacity: 380 residents
  • 190 habitable rooms

  • Male international students

Off-Campus Dormitories

The price of dorms are starting from 40$ per month (not included meals) for shared room. It is just for male.
